Welcome to Goblands Farm Business Centre

The Goblands Farm Business Centre includes commercial property lettings in attractive, redeveloped, traditional farm buildings. A range of offices and workshops have been developed across the site. The access and parking are convenient and the working community on site enjoys the ambience that properly managed rural offices offer.

The towns of Maidstone and Tonbridge are only 5 miles to the east and west respectively via the A26 which is two minutes from the estate. Communications are excellent, as we are in easy reach of the A21 to Royal Tunbridge Wells, and Sevenoaks, the M25 and London. There is also high speed broadband available.

The offices comprise in total 20 000 square feet of highly flexible space with free car parking. There are also separate storage facilities on site.

It is testament to the Business Centre’s appeal that we have tenants who continue to come to work in the beautiful surroundings of these rural offices having selected Goblands over 20 years’ ago. It is a lifestyle choice for many of our tenants.
